Steven McElwee of Harris County, Texas, began his career in 2002. He learned the fundamentals of home building business while in college at University of Houston. Over the course of 15 years, he has held executive positions with some of the nation’s largest and most successful commercial Architecture firms and Construction companies and has maintained a passion for home building and water restoration.
2002 while in college Steve worked as General Contractor on the side helping individuals with small to large projects drying out homes. Summer of 2005 Steve was honored to attend the first program to study abroad in Italy. 2007 Steve graduated with Honors from the University of Houston with a Bachelors of Architecture. After college, Steve worked at a number of commercial architectural firms and construction companies as a project manager and site superintendent. 2015 Steve started Foresight Custom Homes, Foresight Cabinets, 4sight Remodeling, Houston Mold guys, and Water Removal professionals.
